Hadgi (ሓድጊ) is a Tigrigna word for heritage. Hadgi Tourism focuses on promoting Tigrai to the rest of the world. Established in 2015, it has produced several tourist guide books and maps of Tigrai. It is headquartered in Mekelle, Tigrai. Due to a genocidal war declared on Tigrai by the Federal Government of Ethiopia, along with material and personnel support from more than half a dozen other countries and forces from 10 regional states, it lost all its resources and was forced to close its operations.

We’ve partnered with companies in Kenya, Sudan, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, the US, and Europe and with Professionals who have been in the tourism business for many years.
